Jean Liittschwager has been sharpening her research skills for over 15 years, beginning
with her work in psychology as an undergraduate at Brown University and as a graduate
student at Stanford, and continuing as a market research professional. She is comfortable
with all aspects of the research process, from devising and carrying out studies to analyzing
and presenting results. The driving force behind Jean’s success is a keen interest in people
and the way they think and behave. She has worked with children as young as 18 months, kids,
teens, young adults, baby boomers, and the mature market.
Jean’s primary goal is to work closely with clients to understand and address
their needs. She has completed projects on market exploration and segmentation, new product
development, usability, packaging, positioning, naming, advertising, and identity.
Jean worked for over 5 years at Cheskin Research and gained experience in a variety of different
industries. Since joining the Gallin Group several years ago, her clients have included Yahoo!,
Microsoft, Comcast, McAfee, ConAgra Foods, Coca-Cola, Levi’s and Pontiac.
